Restructure assignments

1. Reading: First week they read through the track descriptions and basic theory to help them decide which track they want to do for the semester. The deliverable is to decide which track they want.
2. Theory test - The student will do some reading and exploration to learn concepts. The test will contain true/false, short answer, and work out problems,
3. Exploration assignment. The student will have to explore things using the given code set to better understand the concepts from the test. They will have a chance to earn back half of the points they lost on the test if they answer the corresponding questions correctly and demonstrate understanding of the theory.
4. Introduction to optimization assignment. The student will complete a simple optimization
5. Improved optimization assignment. The student will improve the optimization they did. They will have the opportunity to get back half the theory/technically correct based points they may have lost on assignment 4.
6. Final paper. Where they take their optimization and stuff and really turn it into the project.
