RTL translation layout issues

Some RTL language layouts don't look very good on the homepage. Here is our human translation and attempt to do right to left layout and then google's Arabic machine translation which isn't doing any layout changes

Our approach is better but we need to figure out how to keep the text in the high contrast area of the photo and fix the misalignment of the animated arrow widget
