@thekaveman I grabbed this ticket but just realized #2731 is a related and similar ticket. I'll start on this to just see what the situation is with these templates. We may need to coordinate on our tickets; I'm not sure yet and will keep you posted.

@angela-tran I didn't have a chance to start on #2731 yet, so I just un-assigned myself in case it makes more sense to handle some of that here, or if you have ideas about how they may be related.
