Issue Summary

The time zone dropdown menu in the application extends beyond its intended surface area when opened, causing it to overlap and obscure surrounding UI elements. This behavior disrupts the user experience and makes it difficult to select a timezone, especially in areas with limited screen space.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Went to https://app.cal.com/getting-started...
2. Clicked on Timezone... Click on the timezone dropdown menu to expand it.
3. Observe the dropdown menu extending beyond its intended boundaries, overlapping other UI elements.

Actual Results

The timezone dropdown menu extends beyond its intended surface area when opened, overlapping and obscuring surrounding UI elements.

Expected Results

• The timezone dropdown menu should expand vertically within its designated area, potentially using a scrollbar if the list of options is extensive, without overlapping or obscuring other UI elements.
