Okay I have no idea how to go about this but am happy to do the work to get this in regardless of how much work it entails. Can someone provide guidance as to how I can best go about this?
Me and @Acasovan have worked closely together for the Open Data project and she should know first hand how passionate I am about open source. ^_^
That was a couple years ago and now I am still passionate about open source but pretty focused atm on the Kubernetes community and the greater CNCF toolchain; which I think aligns perfectly with the Open First whitepaper.
What is CNCF?
CNCF is an open source software foundation dedicated to making cloud native computing universal and sustainable. Cloud native computing uses an open source software stack to deploy applications as microservices, packaging each part into its own container, and dynamically orchestrating those containers to optimize resource utilization. Cloud native technologies enable software developers to build great products faster.
Statistics Canada coupled with Canadian Digital Services are trying to aggressively push this model and think we are starting to make some decent headway.
My apologies, I just saw this issue while going over my emails. Would love to talk further about supporting your efforts and actually being a part of it.
