Rockcraft latest/stable does not include fix for Security context userid #12

Right now rockcraft latest/stable does not include the fix for run-user to provide user id which is needed for security context.

We need to pin the CI to use latest/edge until the fix is in rockcraft latest stable.

We are temporarily pinning the rockcraft channel to latest/edge #11.
