Code completion command doesn't appear #18

After I installed racer and set RUST_SRC_PATH, autocompletion did not work, and did not show any errors.
and the 'Complete' command did not show in the 'bundle editor'.

I try racer from command line, it just works.

it can be found in 'Other Actions'
