Email address field is set to long answer rather than short answer

Description

When hint text is removed from the email address field, it reveals it's set as a long answer, although an email is a single line of text

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to GC Forms
2. Create a form
3. Add a form element
4. Add Contact
5. Remove hint text from email
6. Remove hint text from phone number
7. See discrepancy
