It's too common that some papers announce their source release plan while years after years still keep 'coming soon' . The community really needs a standard for the open source declaration in papers, or reviewers should not consider them more acceptable than others.

I have serious concerns about academic integrity. The authors made commitments during the review process to open-source their code and contribute to the open-source community but have not fulfilled these promises. I suggest the conference committee reconsider their acceptance decision based on these unfulfilled commitments.
