I mean I'm a very biased person here, but I thought this was a great turn around time for a project! It's so hard to leave "features on the table"

Yeah, I'm glad I was able to get something working end-to-end in a day, even if it turned out pretty bare bones.

I had originally wanted to try pushing UART data to the Golioth Stream service and do something with Pipelines as well, but I spent an embarrassing portion of my one-day timeline trying to figure out why the UART on the ESP32-C3 wasn't working correctly (it was a copy-pasta error I missed and the nice folks on the Zephyr discord sorted me out... 🤦🏻‍♂️)
