Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Other clients I've seen have various "wellness settings" such as turning off various metric numbers like boost/like counts, follower counts, notification counts, as well as various accessibility options.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like it if Phanpy had similar settings to promote wellness/reduce social media anxiety.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Clients with these types of settings include Elk and Enafore. Screenshots below of the settings they have for inspiration here.

hi! i’d also really love to have these features. i mostly lurk, but i posted something recently that had some amount of interaction, and the bell icon having a dot really stressed me out. i would love to be able to turn off that button and only view notifications from the dropdown. all these other features would also be great, but being able to only see the bell in the dropdown would give me the most immediate benefit

PR #849 could address some (but not all) of these
