Improve integration with lemmy (and other article apub services) by expanding the text.

Currently when one links posts from lemmy, they appear as links even though the comments are visible as normal replies. This is how mastodon handles it as well and it causes a disconnect where someone needs to visit an external link to view the content, but return to phanpy to comment on it. Describe the solution you'd like
I would like that the text of lemmy posts be displayed in full in a link like the above. This will help promote interactivity between these two audiences which would be a win-win for everyone.
