Option to Use Different Card Finish when using MakePlayingCards

Description

When using the Desktop Tool to fill out orders on the website MakePlayingCards, the Finish is automatically set to MPC game card finish.

I would like to be able to select other options such as BETA playing card finish.

It would be nice to have an additional option show up after selecting which site to auto-fill your project into to select the Finish.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Desktop Tool
2. Select chrome for web browser
3. Select MakePlayingCards for site
4. Select Yes for auto-save

This setup is 100% reproducible on any valid project using MakePlayingCards because the default for the MakePlayingCards website and Desktop Tool is to select MPC game card finish.

After doing more research on the MakePlayingCards website, you're able to change the card finishing within the cart.
