Build reading packages from Klondike is throwing the error:
The feed 'xxxx' lists package 'yyyy' but multiple attempts to download the nupkg have failed. The feed is either invalid or required packages were removed while the current operation was in progress. Verify the package exists on the feed and try again.
When I manually download the package it has 0 bytes. This is currently seen on some Roslyn Analyzer packages which might require some newer nuget api functionality to run? Are there any known incompatibilities here?
