Introduce RETURNING statements of postgres in rails app as part of the billet application.
To add monkeypatch to your rails project, run:
bin/rails app:template LOCATION=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/cimon-io/billet-returning/master/.billet.rb
And follow instructions.
