README.md says this tool can process termtosvg output, but it doesn't understand it.

$ asciinema-edit quantize --range 2 ./amend-pr.sh.svg
failed to decode cast from input: couldn't decode header: invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value

termtosvg outputs a .svg file by default. termtosvg record will output a .cast file which you can edit with asciinema-edit.
