Make a Wiki post how the citizenos-api versioning works. Also how to upgrade and downgrade.

Still relevant. We have CHANGELOG and project version, but actual API versioning and endpoint handling is missing

Triage 37. Could investigate if there are automation opportunities for defining and describing documentation.
One option is to find the ideal solution for us and find volunteer/student who could help us to renew the documentation.
Needs still some investigation from our side, investigation time 3 hours. Sending to To do.
