DISCUSSION: Excel export for arguments

What is the problem?
We currently only enable the export of data for ideas and voting (and topic text).

Why is this a problem?
Users also need to analyse data for discussions. This would enable them to use AI to analyse the contributions, for example.

Possible solution.
Exactly the same solution as we did for ideas (closed issue here):

1. 'Export arguments' added to the 'Manage discussion' menu:
   

2. Similar excel sheet to what we have for ideas, but:

• No 'Folder' column, instead there should be a 'Type' column that comes after the 'Time' column, the data for which should say 'Pro' 'Con' or 'Informational'
• Instead of 'Idea heading' it should be 'Argument heading'
• Instead of 'Idea' it should be 'Argument'
