IDEAS: Include replies in the excel download for idea gathering

What is the problem?
We currently only provide an excel download of the ideas themselves, but not the idea replies due to the complexity of reply threads and the complexity of a spreadsheet showing which reply was to which idea or reply.

Why is this a problem?
There will be lots of relevant content in the replies that admins won't be able to download and analyse. Important contributions could be missed.

Possible solution.
I have created an example spreadsheet here of how I think it could work, and explained the logic in comments on the first 4 columns.

@ssin1901 as our Queen of Data I'd be interested in your feedback on the understandability of the sheet and also it's usefulness for data analysis (though absolutely no rush, this likely won't be prioritised for a while). @MeelikaH may be interested to take a look too :)
