What is the problem?
One suggestion from an organisation who wasn't overly satisfied having used our platform for their general meeting was: "The ability to upload more than 10 files." Though they didn't mention how many more would be necessary for their use case.

Why is this a problem?
Caused issues for a user in their General Assembly voting.

Possible solution.
Let's discuss the feasibility of increasing it:

  • @ilmartyrk what's the reason we cap it at 10 files only?
  • Would it be feasible to increase this?
  • If so, by how much?

@BeccaMelhuish well the initial idea was not to create a file storage service. 10 attachments seemed quite enough. I would rather ask how much is feasible and what is the case

OK that makes sense. I would bring in DUX here then to consider if there might be a simple way we can integrate with services like Google Drive and Dropbox (maybe there are other commonly used ones to) for attachments?

So in some cases, instead of adding attachments, they would link to a drive/folder (in a more integrated way than just providing a link to it in the topic text).

Could also be helpful to offer in groups, not just topics. Some other recent user insights suggested this :)
