What is the problem?
We don't currently have a way to share a direct link to a folder of ideas.

Why is this a problem?
UX issue.

Possible solution.

Add 'Direct link' to this menu (next to each folder in idea folders view), in between Edit and Delete:

Use the same icon as we use for the same thing on arguments:

Should be fixed in parallel with #1704
