What is the problem?
Feedback from @MeelikaH, using Mac and Safari:
Reading many arguments and replies, it was annoying that after I engaged (left a comment), it took me back on the top of the page, which means I have to go and look where I was. In case of 20-30 arguments, might be frustrating.

Why is this a problem?
Quite frustrating for users especially if many arguments and they are wanting to enter many replies. I remember this used to frustrate me too but it no longer happens on Chrome.

Possible solution.
Is it possible to implement whatever fix we have on Chrome so that it works on Safari (and other browsers if not already) as well?
