For Fedora/RHEL, detect when the user is using netinstall ISO with <iso> #65

If the user mistakenly uses <install type='iso'> with the netinstall CD, the install will fail. We should detect this situation in Oz and point the user at either the full DVD ISO or the <install type='url'>

Can you provide any further info (or pointers to docs) of how netinst images can be used?

I have previously used install type='iso' with netinst isos (on F18) successfully, so I'm a little confused as to the best approach to using netinst images to bootstrap the installation, and which versions of Fedora/RHEL will fail to install.

Any further info much appreciated! :)
