I think using something like this would be of use in the long term.

It would make the Git repo smaller, reduce the need for LFS (and associated costs), and allow for faster blob access.

Of note is #1, which using GH Releases would solve future issues.

EDIT: Upon further research into github-apt-repos, I believe it may cause more harm than good. Instead, I propose using OpenSUSE Build Service (OBS), which targets more distros and allows us to take advantage of the reliance of SUSE's infrastructure.

Thoughts?

I never used opensuse before, totally new thing to me
