Add tooltips for queue feature abbreviations to improve clarity

The features of a queue are displayed as abbreviations, which can be hard to understand or remember what they stand for.

Describe the solution you'd like
A tool tip when hovering over each feature that explains the meaning would be good.
e.g. hovering over 'D' should show 'Durable'

Describe alternatives you've considered
Explicit info icons (?, !, etc.) can make the UI appear messy and cluttered, just hovering over the feature should be enough
