Describe the feature you'd like
I'd like to be able to access services with the PROXY protocol (https://www.haproxy.com/documentation/haproxy-configuration-tutorials/client-ip-preservation/enable-proxy-protocol/) using the IP that would be sent in CF-Connecting-IP field on HTTP(S) connections as true IP in order to avoid losing the IP of the client.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Cloudflare Spectrum allows this, but it's beyond my wallet.

Additional context
There's clear intent in showing the true IP address when we're talking about HTTP(S), might as well make it available for TCP with this feature.
