📝/💡 Is there any way to disable the metrics endpoint that is enable by default?

i checked here and it doesn't show a way to actually disable the metrics endpoint

If there's is a way to disable this endpoint could it please be added to documentation. If not could this be added as "feature"?

Additional context

i understand it is only exposed on localhost unless modified so it's not really a security risk for my use case but if i never check it and don't actively use the metrics i think it's reasonable to be able to disable it.`
