It would be great to start collecting none-code contributions — examples activity in discussions and issues.
This change could be particularly beneficial for the Kubernetes community. While the current documentation (link to kubernetes/community/community-membership) acknowledges that non-code contributions are not currently measured, this can lead to a situation where valuable contributions to issue resolution and discussions are not incentivized, and in some cases, members who actively participate in these areas might even be penalised due to inactivity metrics focused solely on code changes.
Software engineering and community contributions is not just about writing code.

DevStats tracks issue activity, but not GitHub discussions.
Its data source is GitHub archives - if GitHub archives include discussions activity as well, then DevStats can support discussions activity as well - but this would require specs and approval. Once this new feature is approved then I need to know what exactly do you want to see from GitHub activities and on which dashboard(s) (as I said - issue activity is already counted as a contribution everywhere) cc @caniszczyk
