这部分的内容，是MeteorBB安装启动后第一次初始化的数据。

目前这部分是英文的而且内容可能也有不合适的地方

完善下这个让第一次安装MeteorBB的人能够有个直观的了解

完善的工作包括

.md 文档的修改
评论等内容的修改
用户改成更加友好的比如张狗蛋这样的中文名

其他的随意发挥吧！
