Business database from the historical society:

Residents database from the historical society:

Available in the shared google drive.

Notes/Assumptions:

Residents database appears to include references to the same streets (multiple residents per street?)

Questions:

Residents database include some names that look like businesses as well? What is the real difference between business database/resident database?
