以下是个人在职场的真实感悟

做好文档沉淀：当遇到 bug，解决复杂问题，业务逻辑复杂等等，都可以记录下来
减少信息差：如果一个事情可以让大家都知道，就不需要私聊，把信息同步给到大家，说不定就能让事情做得更好
