Docker integration userns mode can be set via environment variables

Hi,

I'm trying Docker integration. That's very interesting. However, I found a strange behavior.

CodeSandbox Environment

Version: 5928081
Environment: production
Sandbox: fmo27t
Pitcher: 0.239.5
Manager: 1.9.17
Cluster: fc-eu-0

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a repository with .codesandbox/Dockerfile
2. Set "PODMAN_USERNS=keep-id" to Env variables
   
3. Restart the instance
4. Open a new terminal and run ls -dl /workspace

Expected Behavior

The owner of the workspace folder is root.

➜  /workspace git:(draft/docker-int) ✗ ls -dl /workspace
drwxrwxr-x 11 root root 4096 Feb  2 14:07 /workspace

Actual Behavior

The owner of the workspace folder is hankei6km.

➜  /workspace ls -dl /workspace
drwxrwxr-x 11 hankei6km hankei6km 4096 Feb  2 14:07 /workspace

Question

• Is the actual behavior as expected?
• May I use it to change the owner of a workspace folder inside a container?
