Steps to reproduce:

Go here
Zoom in a bit on the main chart
Right-click on the brush on the context chart
Click outside of the menu to dismiss it
Move your mouse around

Note that the brush is now stuck to your cursor. If you left-click then it'll drop it, but not until that happens.
