Feature Request: Metadata tagging for enhanced search

The search shows only exact matches of icon names, which can be frustrating if you don't know the name of the icon.

It would be really helpful if an icon was returned for multiple searches based on a metadata tag e.g.

Icon	Metadata tag
Dismiss	Close
	Cancel
	Delete
	Remove
Checkmark	Tick
	True
	Correct
Phone	Call
	Dial
	Smartphone

Appreciate the great effort already put into this site (I use it so often!), but this would go someway to fix a problem across all icon libraries where each library has its idiosyncratic naming scheme.

Perhaps if it adds too many results when searching, then it could be a toggle-able option.
