• Simple first step: Add product analytics #22
• Setting up Mailchimp user event tracking. Potentially events like sign ups, book purchases, engagement on forums to their Mailchimp user, which might allow more bespoke emails to go out. Similarly, syncing subscription status to Mailchimp would probably be useful if this is not already done.
