Apply transformation chain(s) through parallelStream

*More detailed description of your change,
Given not all transformation needs to be performed sequentially, we could potentially use the capability of fork-join pool to transform the records in parallel. This PR is to achieve the same with flag to enable or disable feature.

No major semantical changes. Tested with sample SMT.
