What is the problem you're trying to solve

Thanks a lot for the plugin, it's been pretty fantastic so far!

I was wondering if some extra documentation can be added for changing the underline colors?
I spotted https://github.com/cordx56/rustowl/blob/main/lua/rustowl.lua#L5-L11, but I'm not sure what to set in my init.vim or init.lua

Documentation on how to change various configurable options.
