Set the "Status Nachweis" to invalid while tested positiv

Hello,

would it not be better to set the status to invalid while a person is tested positiv in a pcr test situation.

while tested positiv the certificate is still valid for going anywhere. If I just show the cert nobody get to know I am positiv.

I See it as a possible risk for others. Even if it is forbidden by the rules.

As you can just delete the positive test result I doubt that this will stop anyone from going to events while being actively infected with COVID-19.
