Build fork for "AWA - Affenpocken Warn App"

Feature description

To be prepared for the upcoming Monkeypox pandemic I would suggest to build a fork of the CWA, maybe already with the pandemic as a "variable" to save some time, effort & costs in the future.

Problem and motivation

Problem: Monkeypox pandemic
Motivation: Want to make sure we are better prepared then last time.

Just a small suggestion from my side: I wouldn't overuse the word pandemic (which is defined as en epidemic spreading across a large region, continents or even worldwide, see Wikipedia), because it causes people to either overreact or people will say "Yeah, the next pandemic, whatsoever".

The WHO currently does not declare monkeypox neither as a pandemic nor as a epidemic.

But these are only my 2 cents on this.

CWA would have to be completely changed from the basis, as according to the RKI monkeypox spreads very different than Sara-Cov-2:

Menschen können sich vor allem durch Kontakt mit den Hauteffloreszenzen, Blut, Gewebe oder Ausscheidungen infizierter Tiere (in erster Linie verschiedener Nagetiere) und beim Umgang mit dem Fleisch erkrankter Tiere infizieren. RKI does not mention spread via Aerosole (main way of spread of Corona) currently.

You're definitely right that we should be prepared and maybe even start working on a AWA app, however, RKI would have to start a contract for this and I honestly don't see them doing this at the current stage. Another way would be the community developing this fork and releasing it to the App Stores.
