The README.md file of this repository includes quite many "TBD" fields, which have been there since this repo was forked from the original repo https://github.com/eu-digital-green-certificates/dgca-businessrule-service. If there is no intention to update the README, I suggest finding another way of handling the README.md here in this repository.
