Deleting a study does not delete the invitation

I made a study on the test server (I think its the same way for all the other servers too) which i later wanted to delete but when I delete a study without stopping the deployment, the study gets deleted from the portal but I can still see the dead invitation on my invitations list page in the app.

it is fixed, but older studeis may have the same issue
