i never got the github actiion to work and decided that github actions are too complicated overall. might as well just do my builds with shell scripts and local programs where i have more control.

I give this up，pass docker image the src.techknowlogick.com/xgo method appears to be working fine；suspect that this problem may require setting working_dir to the so-called absolute path of man.go, but I have not tried it

Looking at https://github.com/jkassis/gitall you forgot to set the package you want to build. Should be pkg: ./cmd in your case: https://github.com/jkassis/gitall/tree/master/cmd
