Can't format the name that's sent to kindle

In calibre it has metadata plugboard which lets you customize how the title is set when sent. So for example, my book is Assassins Fate, and it's in the series Fitz & The Fool, but when I send it to kindle I just see Assassin's Fate and have no idea it's part of the series, or where in the series it is. The metadata plugin allows you to set how the title should be when it's sent to kindle, so when I send it it'll show up as Fitz & The Fool - 03 - Assassin's Fate, which tells me everything I need to know quickly and easily
