Enable pasting of openstreetmap-url

Some parties already give location-data in form of coordinates or a link to openstreetmap. Make it possible to paste these instead of possibly ambiguous street name and city.

When you say, enable pasting.. do you mean a bit of helper JS to "copy
to clipboard"?

No. I mean that instead of entering e.g. "Sophie-Scholl-Straße 22, delhoven" I could instead just paste "http://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=51.08407&mlon=6.77733#map=18/51.08407/6.77733". Just giving coordinates works fine as well, but being able to select a reasonable default zoom for your area and maybe shifting the map so the next train station is visible is no bad feature either.

So we do have that feature but there is also a bug which is making it not
work. Follow this url: https://beta.cryptoparty.in/#18/52.51269/13.41973
and then, once the page has loaded, enter the same url again... then it
will go: https://beta.cryptoparty.in/#18/52.51269/13.41973
So this is to do with the defaults we are setting on page load... I can fix
that.
