Generated HTML sometimes has no slides when using --watch mode

When using the --watch mode, saving the file can result in an empty presentation. Saving the file again and refreshing fixes the issue. There may be a timing issue at play. In case it's dependent on how the editor saves the file, this has been confirmed to affect users of both atom and vim.
