Bug: Send all button isn't refreshed after XMR 10 block time limit. #1059

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Send all in XMR wallet fulfill 0 amount after you exhausted spendable outputs and will not refresh.
You need to quit the wallet and go back.

Expected Behavior

Send all should fulfill the available amount.

Reproduce Steps

Have a wallet with one output
Send XMR
The input is locked for 10 block
Wait 10 block
Send all XMR fulfill 0 amount.

Environment

  • Operating system and version: Linux x64
  • Device platform and version: tested on 2.1.8 and 2.1.9

I was able to reproduce but only off by one confirm. Stack Wallet required 11 confirms.
#1072 fixes that.

Let me know if this changes anything for you as well, especially as you had mentioned it wasn't updating even after 20 confirms
