Hello,
An update on Payment card number was released the 2025-02-09T10:37:42Z. Check for any new Issuer identification number edit. Link to the diff. Here is the summary:

Deleted HSBC Bank Canada from Canadian bank card numbering scheme; HSBC Bank Canada was acquired by RBC Royal Bank and all debit and credit cards issued by HSBC Bank Canada are now invalid.
