Have a dual monitor setup. In this case, Primary 4K at 150% scale and secondary monitor 2560 X 1440 100% Scale
Start image glass and move the window to the secondary monitor. Take note of the window size (ensure not full screen).
Close window.
click on an image in widows explorer causing it to open on the secondary monitor
Actual behavior
Window opens slightly smaller than the previously opened window.
close window and open another image file.
Window opens, slightly smaller again.
Expected behavior
Opening and closing ImageGlass by double-clicking image files and having them open on a secondary monitor should size the new window the same as the previous session.
