Dependencies between assets with different partitions

If I have:

• one daily partitioned asset
• one weekly partitioned asset that lists the daily partitioned asset as a dependency
• a separate job and schedule for each

What is then the expected behavior if at the end of the week, one of the 7 daily partitions for that week is missing:

• does the weekly job not kick off a run?
• does the weekly job kick off a run but fail?
• does the weekly job kick off a run, also kicking off a run for the missing daily partition(s)

My goal is the last bullet point, where the weekly job/asset will recompute upstream dependencies as needed.
