DuckDB config errors

I posted this on the Slack but thought it might be better to post here. Someone suggested this is a duckdb error but before I take it over there, I'd like to make sure (since it is being raised in Dagster). I'm trying to setup a duck resource:

When I run this I can see the keys are being setup in the run_config (because they are visible in the launchpad), but I get the following error in the logs:

I don't see anything wrong with the formatting. I'm not sure how this could be a duck error unless this just isn't supported? But that would be weird because the docs and the code in dagster clearly show it's there.
